This program is divided into (2) 1-hour segments; Session 1 and Session 2. If you wish to receive 2-hours of continuing education credit, you must attend both sessions. Continuing education credit will not be applied to your license if you attend only one of the sessions.

Session 2: Registration 5:30 to 6:15 p.m. I Dinner 6:15 to 7:00 p.m. I Presentation - 7:00 to 8:00 p.m.

Professor Jerry Hesch, Carlton Fields
Jerome Hesch has extensive experience as a tax and estate planning consultant. His practice experience also includes the use of captive insurance companies, financial derivatives, and energy tax credits. Prior to practicing law, Mr. Hesch was a full-time law professor for 20 years, teaching at both University of Miami School of Law and Albany Law School, Union University.
Remember: You MUST attend both sessions to receive the full 2-hours of continuing education credit for the following disciplines: Attorney, CPA, CSPG, Fiduciary, Trust Officer. CE pending approval with the CFP Board of Standards and the CA Department of Insurance. Credit will not be applied if attending only one session.
