Serving as Trustee: Blessing or Burden is a lively discussion moderated by Jennifer Campbell of Venable in which a panel of experts will discuss the role of the trustee from the perspective of a corporate fiduciary (Alla Kutz of BMO), a private professional fiduciary (Mike Novak), and an individual non-professional fiduciary (Scott Rahn of RMO).  This informative discussion will highlight how the different types of trustees approach their fiduciary duties and illustrate the situations in which each is an effective choice for your estate plan or administration.
