Ethical Considerations in Counseling Estate Planning Clients
This presentation by trusts and estates attorney Linda Retz examines how the adherence to the California Rules of Professional Conduct (governing lawyer's behavior) has evolved over the years and how the Rules are likely to change in the near future. Many of the Rules that will be discussed apply or should apply (in Ms. Retz' opinion) to other professions involved in counseling estate planning clients.
