DESCRIPTION:\n \n \n \nMarc McKay serves as National Head of BMO’s Trust, Estate & Fiduciary Administration team.  In this role, he is responsible for the leadership and performance of all of BMO’s fiduciary administration teams in the United States.  He reports to the President of BMO’s U.S. Wealth Management division and serves as the Chief Fiduciary Officer appointed by the Trust Committee of BMO Bank’s Board of Directors.    \n \nMarc has held various leadership roles since joining BMO in 2011.  Most recently, he served as the Chief Legal Officer for BMO’s US Wealth Management division, where his team advised on the legal and regulatory issues arising from BMO’s fiduciary administration and investment management services. \n \nBefore joining BMO’s legal department in 2011, Marc spent a dozen years at Stinson LLP, where his law practice concentrated on resolving disputes arising under the Uniform Trust Code.  He has over 25 years of experience in trust and estate administration, investment management services, and other business and fiduciary matters. \n \nMarc graduated cum laude from Harvard University and received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Iowa.  After law school, he clerked for the Honorable John L. Coffey on the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.\n \nMarc lives in Wheaton, Illinois, and enjoys spending time with his family.  He is a member of the Executive Committee of the Three Fires Council of the Boy Scouts of America.  He also serves on the Harvard University Schools Committee.\n ------\n\nAmy Takeuchi Wanlass Amy Takeuchi Wanlass is a Senior Director in the Family Wealth Strategies group of BMO Family Office, an integrated wealth management provider that serves ultra-affluent individuals, families, and family offices across their tax, estate, investment, philanthropic, risk, and family capital needs.\n \nAmy has over a decade of experience in delivering estate planning and tax advice, as well as financial planning services. Amy works with individuals and families on complex wealth transfer strategies, estate and income tax planning, and charitable tax planning goals.\n \nBefore joining BMO, Amy worked at Northern Trust as a Senior Wealth Advisor and Wells Fargo as a Senior Wealth Planner. Amy was also previously a practicing trusts and estates attorney at nationally recognized law firms, including Venable LLP and Mitchell Silberberg and Knupp LLP.\n \nAmy holds a J.D. from the UCLA School of Law and a B.A. in History and Theater from UC Davis. Amy is a member of the California State Bar and has spoken at national and regional events and conferences. She has also written numerous alerts, updates, and articles on various estate planning topics.\n \nAmy resides in Pasadena, California, with her husband and two children. She enjoys reading and traveling in her free time.\n
