Advanced Issues in Property Tax
This presentation will cover many of the most pressing and important issues for estate planners and other professionals who touch property tax issues, including: (a) common errors made by estate planners and other attorneys, (b) common troublesome issues that estate planners and attorneys come across, (c) ways to fix common errors, and (d) legislative/voter update.

Bradley R. He serves as a co-chair of the State and Local Tax (SALT) Practice.
